Your subscription covers 3 insertions for 28 days to a maximum of 60 words. No additional words allowed. Copy will be edited or returned if more than 60 words.
The title will be in CAPITALS.
Box numbers are NOT available.
All advertisements are in classified form.
Always give location- town, county or region. Do not give full address.
Always describe accommodation if provided or required.
Contact by Email (actual Email address is hidden), mobile, or telephone – do not give postal address.
Definitions: Hyphenated or slash separated words are treated as separate words. All town names are treated as one word – for example Stratford-on-Avon and Tunbridge Wells.
Post codes are one word as are telephone numbers including dialling code.
Dates and amounts – for example January 1, 2 years, 6 km, £375 pw are one word

Always best to arrange a telephone interview initially.
Send copies of references, not originals.
Do not give the names of any children.
